Flight of the Conchords star Kristen Schaal advertises Sony Ericsson Xperia Play
'Do you feel that boob stab? I can't feel it either because my boobs are so big'.
The first two highly polished Sony Ericsson Xperia Play adverts were unnerving.
The first showed a pair of thumbs being sewn onto an Android robot somewhere in Asia, and the second told the story of how these thumbs came to be abstracted from their original owner.
Now, as we approach the Xperia Play launch on March 31st, Sony Ericsson has taken its marketing strategy in a more appealing direction with a series of adverts starring Flight of the Conchords star Kristen Schaal.
Do you care about how Sony Ericsson tries to get you to buy stuff? No, nor do we - though it's worth mentioning that multiplayer play and the fact that you don't have to cover the screen with your finger are both singled out as features.
But the real reason we're writing about the adverts is that Kristen Schaal is brilliant.
