Hidden Expedition: Titanic goes mobile

Astraware's new game will make you want to get wrecked

Hidden Expedition: Titanic goes mobile

Fancy exploring the Titanic? No, Pocket Gamer isn't diversifying into deep-sea diving package tours. Not yet, anyway. We're talking about Astraware's new smartphone game, Hidden Expedition: Titanic.

It's a conversion of an existing PC game by Big Fish Games, and sees you poking around the famous wreck looking for artifacts. No, not to sell on eBay – to give to the Titanic Museum.

Astraware says it's the first in a new genre (for mobile) of 'hidden object' games, allowing you to use a stylus or keypad controls to unearth the antiques.

The game includes 14 diving missions, culminating in a search for The Crown Jewels. That'll be a different set of Crown Jewels to the one in the Tower of London, presumably.

The game's looking good, with suitably swish underwater visuals. It's out for Palm OS and Windows Mobile devices, and costs $19.95 (£10) from Astraware's website.
