Dance Muppet Madness: DVDs, toys and mobile games to win

They say that if you can remember '70s, bad luck. But there was a bright spot to the decade history would like to forget: seeing Gonzo fired out of a cannon or watching Pigs In Space on Saturday's regular Muppet Show.

Truth is, there's been a hole in our lives ever since the Muppet theatre closed its doors – even to repeats – so praise be to Walt Disney Internet Group for getting the show going again by bringing Kermit and friends back in their first mobile game, Muppets Dance Party.

The game sees the old vaudevillian Muppet theatre resurrected as a nightclub, under the management of the most unlikely MCs, Waldorf and Statler – who Muppet fans will remember as the grumpy old men in the gallery. But instead of hurling insults from their box, here the tetchy duo sit behind decks spinning tracks for the cast to dance to. Your job is to take control of Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzie and Animal in a timing-based puzzler. And whilst a Bling-ed out Kermit may take some getting used to, the game is immediately good fun (we'll be finishing off our review any moment now).

Muppets Dance Party will be fired onto mobile phones faster than a chicken fleeing a Swedish chef later this week, and to celebrate we're giving away three fabulous prize packs of Muppet mana. Worth over £50 each, the prizes include a DVD of the original show, a plush Muppet toy, a copy of the game and a Muppets wallpaper for your mobile phone.
